The next regular meeting of HDARC will be on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM.

The September meeting has been cancelled because of the Duke City Hamfest.

Ed Poccia has graciously provided us with two new newsletters for July and August.
The July 2019 issue, and
the August 2019 issue, both in pdf format.
Thank you, Ed, for stepping up and helping us out.

Attention all members! Recent changes to our accounting practices now REQUIRE that EVERYONE fill out an electronic application EVERY TIME you renew or apply,
even if there are no changes to your information.
The online form provides for membership accounting, roster maintenance, and financial record-keeping.
Thank you for your cooperation in this vital task.

ALL requests for reimbursement from the Treasurer
must be submitted using this NEW form. Print the form, fill it out, and send it to the Treasurer.

Balloon Fiesta, I will update more often but only rarely more than once a day.
